One of Japan's largest collections of over 13,000 items includes important cultural properties by Taikan Yokoyama, Shunso Hishida, and Ryusei Kishida. At the Art Gallery (4-2F), you can see more than 100 years of Japanese modern art history at once. The surrounding area is rich in Japanese culture and nature, such as the Imperial Palace, Kitanomaru Park, and Chidorigafuchi. You can also come on foot from Tokyo Station, so you can enjoy a stroll along with the museum throughout the year.
