Our passion for Florentine steak is accompanied by dishes of the Florentine gastronomic tradition. Since our entry in 2018, the premises in via Ricasoli 14 rosso have seen great transformations. Over 150 wine labels offer a broad overview of Tuscan wine culture. In the homeland of the Negroni, we could not fail to offer our guests the choice of a good drink. Founded in 1875, the Gonnelli Antiquarian Bookshop is one of the oldest and most historic antiquarian bookshops in Italy.
