There is plenty of free street parking. Our building has its own private parking lot with 15 spots of which one is a handicapped spot. This lot is available upon request and at an additional fee. Additional parking options include 2 independent, paid open-air parking lots nearby as well as the option to arrange for a secured paid parking (valet add-on can be arranged for an additional fee). Multiple bus stops nearby and less than 2 miles away from Union Station.

Cleaning before and/or after event: $700 Cleaning during event (minimum 4h shift): $50 / hour

We require a COI that lists our company with the following minimums: $2 million general aggregate liability, $1 million damage to rented premises and $1 million personal & adv injury.
