Florilège is a collection of poetry woven from beautiful flowery poems . There are poems spun from the hearts of warm people. The producers, the respect and passion for the ingredients of the chefs who sincerely face the ingredients, and the warm hearts of many people who support me are gathered in one restaurant. Florilège Chapter 2 started with the desire to make customers feel "happiness" through the food experience at the restaurant. I want to tell you something that will become a new factor for each person as they take their time and savor it .

It's been eight years since we moved here to Jingumae in March 2015. When the store was completed and I saw this large counter for the first time, I was full of anxiety, but now it's a space where I can relax like my own home. But it's time to say goodbye to those counters. We will be closed on July 20th.
