Museum Van Loon
The attractive dining room and lounges have served as a meeting place for centuries. Friends, family and high-ranking people came by for a chat or a drink.
Museum Van Loon, a beautiful house designed in 1672 by the architect Adriaen Dortsman, is located in the heart of Amsterdam's canal belt. The first resident was the painter Ferdinand Bol, a student of Rembrandt. The interior of the house still exudes the atmosphere of the wealth that the city experienced at that time.
