Developed in collaboration with Master Mezcalier Courtenay Greenleaf, Bar Cima is inspired by extensive travels across Mexico and personal relationships with mezcaleros throughout the region. The bar's agave program features over 200 hand-picked agaves, which are served in authentic and custom glassware with traditional accompaniments. The indoor cocktail lounge features a menu of exquisite craft cocktails, while the seasonal, outdoor patio serves a playful menu of margaritas, frozen drinks and tiki cocktails. Nominated for multiple awards, Bar Cima's design embraces a contemporary approach to Mexican flair.
