Plates filled with fresh pastas, Chicken Parmesan, Antipasti—all the fixings! Rosie’s Italian is bringing some of that Sunday comfort to Cincinnati’s everyday food scene. Recreating some of his favorite family dishes -Chicken Parmesan, Spaghetti and Meatballs, and working on elevating some of the classics-Strip Steak with Calabrian Chili Butter and Bucantini Carbonara.
