In the south-east of Sicily, in the town of Noto, the Barbarian lions still dominate the baroque facades of the balconies, the emblem of the restaurant was all found. While drawing inspiration from the images of Visconti's famous "Cheetah", NOTO Paris retains the Art-Deco cachet of the Salle Pleyel. The interiors give pride of place to marble, shiny walnut, brass and noble fabrics: an eclecticism integrating elements of "classical" elegance without preventing a few fanciful details in a nod to the late Baroque that dresses the facades and balconies of the palaces of old Noto.
