Le Bar des Prés
Cool, dimly lit restaurant with a refined menu of sushi & sashimi, plus inventive cocktails.
To design the set, Cyril Lignac once again called on the talent of Studio KO. Behind this dark blue facade now hides a discreet address with irresistible charm, which combines the best of both worlds through the borderless magic of cooking and the pleasure of hosting. Passing the door, the large counter in Giallo Real marble (Italy), a strong element of the life of the place, invites you to experience. On one side the bar, on the other the kitchen. Two parallel universes here, side by side and under the gaze of the guests. The decoration plays with codes, a delicate balance between raw materials (wood, wall coating) and nobler ones (fabric, marble). All in a Germanopratin spirit of the Belle Epoque (subtly spotted leopard carpet, elegant peacock fabric) and evoking the old food shops (terrazzo floor, walls clad in rough sawn oak). Tableware, this essential detail, enhances artisanal creations, in particular those from the French ceramist Les Guimards or the Danish workshop KH Würtz.
