Pierpont's at Union Station is a locally and women-owned fine dining establishment in historic Union Station. Pierpont's looks much like the original building did in 1914. Sixty percent of the restaurant's three-story structure is historical space, including the original women's waiting room, the children's waiting room, and the women's smoking lounge. Pierpont's was selected as the best architecturally designed restaurant as well as the best places to take out-of-town guests in Kansas City.
