The first shop, situated in Highbury Park, opened in September 1992.. Our location features our signature cheeserooms & tasting Cafes. In Autumn 2011 we moved our Wholesale department off-site, from our Marylebone W1 store to specially designed cellars around the corner from the Highbury Shop, where most of our affinage now takes place.
