‘La Chambre Bleue’, referring to the artistic piece by the Malaga-born Pablo Picasso, is a parallel with the concept of our Malaga-born Chef Dani García. Maison Delano Paris is home to La Chambre Bleue by Michelin Star Chef Dani García. Situated at the heart of the hotel, in the historic courtyard, expect a vibrant atmosphere. Both artists hailed from Malaga and both brought their creative vision to Paris. La Chambre Bleue will see Chef Dani Garcia establish his Andalusian roots taking you on a tour of Spain where you can find references to each Andalusian provincce – there will be no shortage of fried fish, seafood and rice dishes alongside exquisite bites that reflect a Mediterranean cuisine.
