Georgetown Liquor Company is a 100% vegan bar and restaurant located at the north end of the Airport Way strip in the historic Georgetown neighborhood of Seattle. After closing in September 2020, it was reopened December 2020 under new ownership. Retaining a sense of community and punk rock vibe, it was reopened by local Georgetown resident and long time GLC patron (and former co-owner of famed Highline Bar) Alan Threewit. Out with the old and in with the new. While keeping in the GLC tradition in some ways, expect a revamped image and theme along with a new and improved **all-vegan food and drink menu**. We take pride in our faux meats, cheeses, and sauces; all of which are made from scratch, in-house. All of our food is made to order and with lots of love. We humbly appreciate being able to be part of Seattle’s vegan community, and are thankful of your patronage. We are an alternative establishment that places great emphasis on inclusivity, and creating an environment which can always serves a safe space for marginalized people. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of prejudice, or disrespect of others. We stand strong with the LGBTQIA and BIPOC communities. Black Lives Matter.
