Here, we offer cuisine inspired by the great coasts of the Mediterranean, including Spain, Italy, France, Greece, Tunisia, Lebanon, Israel and Morocco. Kostali is a partnership between The Gwen, a Luxury Collection Hotel with James Beard Award-Winning chef Carrie Nahabedian, along with her cousin, Michael Nahabedian. Kostali means “coastal” in Maltese, which is the language of the beautiful Mediterranean island of Malta.
