Compartir Barcelona
Compartir Barcelona opens its doors in 2022 and is inspired by Compartir Cadaqués, which this year celebrates its tenth anniversary. This Mediterranean-inspired eatery is in the heart of the Eixample district.
Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch, and Mateu Casañas, together with Nil Dulcet, want to continue with the same philosophy of Cadaqués and, therefore, the gastronomic offer is presented à la carte and to share, with a modern proposal, product and traditional roots. Oriol, Eduard, and Mateu have known each other for more than 25 years, and 10 years ago they joined forces to start the adventure of having their own restaurant. Compartir Barcelona is their third restaurant. And this time they have Nil Dulcet, as partner and director, to take the project forward. Dulcet was part of the kitchen team at Compartir Cadaqués from the beginning and, later, he was the first head chef at Disfrutar Barcelona.
