Brouwer's Cafe
For over ten years Brouwer's Café has been one of Seattle's most sought-out craft beer destinations. Hip pub offering Belgian-style grub, hundreds of beers & over 50 scotches in a former warehouse.
We have 64 craft beers on draft, a selection of over 400 bottles from both the U.S. and abroad, an exceptional selection of Scotch and American Whisk(e)ys and a full service bar, and Belgian-inspired cuisine. Our Belgian-inspired cuisine includes our versions of Belgian classics such as pommes frites (true Belgian fried potatoes), stoofvlees (a thick Belgian stew served on Frites), and the Belgian staple of moules-frites. We also serve a variety of sandwiches, such as our very popular lamb burger, which is ground in house. Popular menu items include the mussels and frites, the grass-fed lamb burger and the carbonnade, a succulent beer-braised beef stew. Stop by any day of the week to enjoy drink and food specials during Brouwer's Cafe's extended happy hour. There is also a full calendar with special events throughout the year, such as batch-release parties and holiday celebrations. In addition to the main bar and dining area, Brouwer's Cafe also has an outdoor patio area that is open for seating and socializing during the warmer months.
