Opened in December 2014, Manolin is a restaurant inspired by a beach vacation. Manolin is inspired by the travels of Joe Sundberg and Rachel Johnson. On a special trip through the Yucatan in 2012, over a bottle of mezcal, the two sat down and dreamt up the idea that became Manolin. Patrick is a lover of all things distilled. At Manolin, he’s taken a special liking to Tequila, Mezcal, Rum, and Pisco. His market driven cocktails will have you reminiscing on the last time you dipped your toes in the sand on a warm sunny beach.
