Willmott’s Ghost

Named for the flowering plant botanist Ellen Willmott would surreptitiously plant in friendsʼ yards and in public places, Willmottʼs Ghost focuses on the flavors of Rome and Italy at large. “Willmottʼs draws inspiration from the country where I first fell in love with food,” explains Chef Renee Erickson. Roman-style pizzas, seasonal salads, fried bites, fire roasted dishes and of course, tiramisu. Located in The Spheres on sixth and Lenora. Now open for patio and limited indoor dining, takeout and delivery.
