A dream accompanies Riccardo Di Giacinto from the beginning in the kitchen. Only thanks to the great love that life has given him, his wife Ramona, does his dream take shape and become All'Oro. April 24, 2007 is a milestone, Riccardo with the help of Ramona and his sister-in-law Melina, manages to open his restaurant, to transform his dream into their All'Oro: a story that began in a small room of only 59 square meters , in the Parioli district, which in just a few years has led to important recognitions and satisfactions, such as the first Michelin Star , just three years after opening. Riccardo and Ramona, who initially dealt with the growth of the restaurant in every single situation, were gradually joined by other figures who shared their love for catering and for All'Oro. All'Oro has come a long way since then, figuratively and otherwise. And Riccardo and Ramona have also done a lot , a dynamic, passionate and determined couple, who balance each other perfectly in the management of the restaurant : he in the kitchen, she in the dining room, one the perfect counterpart of the other.
