Think of us as your country home away from home – which is what The Samling feels like. The contemporary glass walled restaurant is the only new addition to the original 18th century house. Consequently we are happily domestic in scale, enabling us to create an especially personal feel for your party with our undivided attention. We concentrate on the simple things done exceptionally well. Executive Head Chef Robby Jenks prioritises the clear and deceptive simplicity of flavour for his menus; we have a significant, and award-winning wine cellar, as well as a thoughtfully stocked bar with a deliciously curated cocktail list.
