Rooster & the Till is an award-winning, modern American neighborhood restaurant, with an always-evolving menu and eclectic wine list for adventurous diners looking to be challenged by new flavors and expects a high attention to service.
Located in Seminole Heights, Rooster & the Till offers some of the most exciting food and drink in the area by Chef Ferrell Alvarez, Ty Rodriguez and Chon Nguyen. Dinner destination for inventive, locally sourced New American small plates in a rustic-chic space. We are grateful to be a destination spot for celebrations and life's many milestones, and we'd love to plan a tailor-made dinner experience for your friends, family, or co-workers. We also offer the option of crafting a wine or cocktail pairing for those looking to personalize the evening. Due to our small size, we are limited to large parties of 25 or less during service hours. For full space buyouts, we are limited to 60 guests for sit-down dinners and 90 for larger cocktail hour-style parties, where we can offer buffet style dining or passed hors’d’oevres.
