Bar Vinazo

Bar Vinazo is Park Slope’s new Spanish wine bar by Brooklyn restaurateurs Joe Campanale and Ilyssa Satter. Bar Vinazo’s 30-seat interior is anchored by an expansive pine & terracotta bar, complete with a Cinco Jotas jamón carving station leading to a sprawling 40-seat outdoor patio paved with bluestone. Bar Vinazo is available for full or partial buy-outs with seating indoors or outdoors in our back garden. The transportive menu comes from Chef Silvia Garcia Nevado and offers an array of Spain’s best meats, cheeses and conservas alongside tapas and more substantial offerings informed by familial recipes. The wine list spotlights over 150 biodynamic, organic and natural selections drawing on Campanale’s international relationships while the cocktail program features classic cocktails imparted with Spanish flair.
