The house features a large entrance hall and boot room. The oak-paneled dining room (seats 10) incorporates a snug seating area with a homely log burner at one end. Alternatively, you can withdraw to the large Regency sitting room with a bay window and open fireplace. The fully fitted kitchen boasts an Aga, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and induction hob. The spacious garden room provides a dining area, comfortably seating 8, as well as sofas to relax and enjoy views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. The French doors open onto the lawns. On the second floor are three guest bedrooms, all with king-sized beds. The Master Room has an en suite bathroom, Car Room with a large bathroom with a roll-top bath, and Pewter Room with a shower. The house has a large walled garden with two South-facing lawns giving views across the top of the Dovedale valley. Beside the house are two large graveled parking areas. The house is available for exclusive private hire for a group of six guests or combined with the two cottages on the grounds making a maximum of 10 guests. House rental is for a minimum of 2 nights and is only available for the residents in the house. The house is not suitable for young children, babies, or anyone with mobility difficulties. Pets are not permitted in the main house but are welcome in the grounds and cottages.
