In 2020, we refurbished the third floor of a fully renovated paper factory in Underwood Street, 5 minutes walking distance from Old Street Tube and Rail Station. The new corporate event venue in London is 5,850 sq ft in total, separated into three adjacent studios, the New White Loft (2,092 sq ft), the New Victorian Loft (2,433 sq ft), and The Chalet (684 sq ft), connecting both studios in the middle. These are the perfect choice for corporate event venues in London. The New White Loft can accommodate a maximum of 140 people standing, while The New Victorian can accommodate up to 180 people standing. Both studios can be rented separately or in addition to the adjacent Chalet. Additionally, it is also possible to hire the whole floor with the Chalet, the New White and the New Victorian as your corporate event venue in London as well.
