Apothecary is an avant-garde cocktail lounge from the team at Rye. Utilizing new techniques and tools like centrifuges, liquid nitrogen, sous vide, and pyrolysis we aim to challenge your palate and even your assumptions about cocktails. Expect cocktails that numb your tongue, have an octopus tentacle, or made from pasta sauce. We also carry wine, beer, and classic cocktails for the less adventurous among us. Being from Rye we also carry a bar bites menu boasting edible oyster shells, edible candles, and few more surprises.
