Our namesake, Doctor Thomas Paul Martin—or Doc Martin as he was known—arrived in Taos in 1890 to set up shop as the town's only family physician. A much-loved and dedicated doctor, his home was the adobe houses in which our restaurant now lives. Everything we do honors the deep-rooted history of Taos and the land around us, from our modern take on traditional, local recipes, to the home-grown ingredients we use. Whether you're hosting a gathering with friends, or celebrating a special occasion, we’re here to provide you with a variety of options tailored to your event needs.
