Blue Ribbon Sushi is the creation of Master Sushi Chef, Toshi Ueki, in collaboration with Chefs Eric and Bruce Bromberg and the Blue Ribbon team. Blue Ribbon Sushi embodies Toshi-San's spirit of individuality by offering a truly authentic dining experience. Inspired by their surroundings, Blue Ribbon's restaurants are modern neighborhood restaurants with no boundaries. Blue Ribbon Sushi’s menu features a wide range of traditional Japanese cuisine, including nigiri, sashimi, and chef-crafted maki rolls, all made with a selection of fresh fish flown in daily from the Sea of Japan, the Pacific Ocean, and local New England Waters. Pre-fixe or a la Carte options are available. Our curated beverage list features a variety of sake selections, Japanese microbrews, wines from California and Europe, and an assortment of imaginative house cocktails.
