Floor-to-ceiling windows provide abundant natural light and stunning views of the iconic Marshall House Inn and Broughton Street below and act as an ideal backdrop and impression for visiting guests and photographers, alike. Saturated in historic charm and patina, this 140-year-old open loft-like space offers flexible floor plans, a dedicated sound system, a private fully stocked bar, bathrooms dedicated to the space, and a private entrance from Broughton Street below.
