Zino Ristorante is a lively Italian restaurant from the creator of Sweet Basil & Mountain Standard. Located in the heart of the Vail Valley, Zino is situated on the Eagle River in Edwards, CO. Executive Chef/Co-Owner Nick Haley serves contemporary Italian cuisine from an open kitchen, using the season's freshest ingredients. Known for our famous mussels, wood fired pizzas, house made pastas and savory entrées. The wine list features the best of Italian and American wine, created with passion by General Manager Adam Salvaggio.
