Mujō

Mujō is an intimate omakase-only, tasting menu experience serving modern edomae sushi. Reservations are required. Our menu changes daily and reflects the best seasonal ingredients available, as well as fish flown in directly from Japan. The experience consists of a series of small plates and a progression of seasonal nigiri. The cost of this menu is $225 per person. Additional specialty items will be available daily. Our goal is not to recreate the sushiya of Japan, but to offer an experience that represents who and where we are while respecting and honoring the traditions of edomae sushi. Inspired by the concept of omotenashi, but rooted in southern hospitality.
