The Palomar is a Soho restaurant in the heart of Theatreland, serving the food of modern Jerusalem. Our menu is influenced by the rich cultures of Southern Spain, North Africa and the Levant. Our drinks offering marries the cuisine and ambience of the restaurant with a considered wine list of current and future icons alongside a list of cocktails, beers and spirits, and a lovingly curated selection of no and low-alcohol alternatives. The space has been designed around an open kitchen bar that runs through the restaurant, merging indoor and outdoor spaces creating a vibrant, energetic experience, where warm hospitality and guest experience are paramount. The Palomar has held a Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2014.
