Although not a brick and mortar restaurant, Sumac offers a casual fine dining experience at their kitchen trailer. Customers can order from the chefs at the service window and enjoy their meal inside the taproom, on the covered patio, or at picnic tables throughout the farm, all while taking in the beautiful mountain views.
