Husband + Wife team Henji Cheung + Sarah Thompson combine passion + heritage to bring you Queen's English, a Cantonese restaurant serving Hong Kong cuisine with a twist. Expect fresh seafood, ginger, garlic, scallion, soy, fun textures + lots of flavors from our work. Our intimate dining room is lively + inviting, and our Chef’s Counter will mesmerize, you while you watch our Chefs and Bartender in action; the covered palm-filled patio is absolutely lounge-worthy + dog-friendly. Henji was born in New Territories, Hong Kong where he grew up eating and cooking traditional Cantonese + Hakkanese dishes with his family. Our menu is a combination of Chef Henji’s flavourful childhood in Hong Kong combined with his experience as a Chef in NYC. Sarah curates our natural wine program which is constantly changing to match the dynamic flavours of the current menu.
