The culinary team behind Roka Akor have created a one of a kind, ten-course tasting menu highlighting the ingredients and flavors used in The Macallan whisky making process. Working closely with The Macallan culinary team in Aberlour, Scotland to integrate native barley, yeast, oak, sherry and whisky in each exciting dish. Ever- changing tasting menu creations may include dishes; Toro Sashimi with baked Macallan yeast seasoning, Wagyu Tataki with barley miso sauce and fresh truffle, American Wagyu Filet Wellington with mushroom duxelles, prosciutto and a Macallan demi-glace. Intricate craft cocktails featuring The Macallan, and neat pours of limited edition and rare age statement whisky are plentiful.
