Together with Chef David d’Agostino, Sous Chef Raphael Belliot, and the rest of the amazing Tanka staff, Executive Chef Taek Lee masterfully pairs world-class contemporary Chinese cuisine with inviting, izakaya-inspired cocktails. But at Tanka, we’ve strived to capture something more. In Chinese society, eating is a social experience for strengthening bonds among family, friends, and communities. At Tanka, we’ve made it our mission to provide our guests with a similar experience. Everything about Tanka, from the open concept design of our dining room and 30-person lounge to our menu, which has been carefully curated to feature an exciting variety of flavors, colors, and textures to encourage sharing, has been designed to create a uniquely social dining experience.
