Zitz Sum

Located inside of a building in Coral Gables, Florida, Zitz Sum is a speakeasy non traditional Asian Inspired Restaurant. Established in 2020 Zitz Sum has become a Miami favorite, collecting accolades like JAMES BEARD Award nominations for Best New Restaurant and Awarded a Bib Gourmand by The Michelin Guide in 2022. Zitz Sum’s menus revolve around our experiences around the world, our affinity for the juxtaposition of Japanese & Italian flavors, our love for dumplings and all things cooked over charcoal. Zitz Sum is not a fusion restaurant, is a collection of memories & moments painted in the canvas of an Asian Restaurant. We offer A La Carte menu which changes on a monthly basis, keeping the staples, and six course Omakase Tasting Menu which changes once a week. Our Beverage program led by our General Manager Diana Fernandez revolves around selections of prime & obscure sakes, & biodynamic old and new world wines.
