Ithaca Beer Co. is a family-run brewery located on a beautiful farm near Ithaca, New York. Founded in 1998, the brewery produces about 20,000 barrels of beer per year using a state-of-the-art 50bbl brew system. Their flagship beer, Flower Power IPA, is distributed in 15 states along the east coast and has been recognized as one of the '25 Most Important American Craft Beers Ever Brewed' by Food & Wine magazine. In addition to their brewery, Ithaca Beer also operates two taprooms, one of which opened in 2012 and another in 2021 near Cornell University.
