Everson Royce Bar comes from Randy Clement of Silverlake Wine and Matt Molina, the James Beard award-winning chef who previously ran the kitchen at Osteria Mozza. The glass list is strong, as is the selection of spirits and original cocktails. And Molina's menu of typical bar food is—in the words of LA Weeky's Besha Rodell—"perfectly executed," from the pork buns and Mexican taquitos, to the killer burger. Add a spacious back patio, illuminated by string lights and outfitted with picnic tables and shades, and you realize that "this is, in fact, the bar you always wanted to go to."
