Starrlight Mead opened in Pittsboro at the Chatham Mill. We leased a space, and after a whole lot of paint and renovations, opened in September of 2010.

About
The space was about 2400 square feet and housed both the tasting room and production. By 2014, we were starting to outgrow the space and started planning for a new location. We found a place at The Plant and helped conceive the Chatham Beverage District with Fair Game Beverage. It took 4 years to come into existence. Between financing, architectural drawings, permits, and building, it seemed like forever! Finally, at the end of October 2018, we moved into our new, much larger, location!
