Beauty & The Butcher

Ford, who earned a Michelin star for the critically-acclaimed restaurant Stubborn Seed, will showcase his culinary prowess at Beauty and the Butcher with a menu that will focus on rotating seasonal small plates and a selection of different meats. Warm earth-toned woods and glittering bronze accents are found throughout and tabletops and dining chairs alternate between white quartz, honey and caramel hues. Cozy booths are upholstered in forest green leather and are juxtaposed with artfully-decorated bookshelves. Soft lighting from the room’s brass-toned chandeliers emit an inviting glow that runs through the floor-to-ceiling windows out onto the street corner. The exterior of the restaurant features natural elements including red oak wood and limestone, with bronze metal framing the corner entrance to the restaurant.
