Carmel Woman's Club
A great venue for a party, a social gathering, or meetings! We look forward to seeing you soon at the Carmel Woman’s Club!
The Carmel Woman’s Club (CWC) is proud of our 97 years of philanthropy and fellowship! The Club was established in 1925 with a mission of promoting charitable giving, mutual help, intellectual advancement, social enjoyment and welfare of the community. Philanthropy is still a very large focus of CWC. Each year the CWC provides grants to a wide interest of local non-profits. In 2022 we donated to Meals on Wheels, The Salvation Army, Coastal Kids Home Care, Carl Cherry Center for the Arts, the Carmel Foundation, The Boys & Girls Club of Monterey County, Monterey Museum of Art, Pacific Repertory Theater, VNA Community Services, Blind & Visually Impaired, Carmel Valley Angel Project, Josephine Kernes Memorial Pool, Community Human Services and Monterey Sober Living for Women. In 2010 the Carmel Woman’s Club established a scholarship program for philanthropic minded women returning to college to improve their lives, the lives of their family and the benefit of our community. To date we have awarded over $62,100 in scholarship funds to women dedicated to making a difference.
