The grand entrance immediately creates a sophisticated ambiance that will compliment any event. The Clubhouse seats up to 400 guests for your event. Each separate room has views of the Club’s beautifully landscaped grounds. We offer private outdoor receptions overlooking one of the Bay Area’s finest Polo Field and our amazing culinary team has thoughtfully selected exquisite menus.

The Clubhouse has ample parking for you and all of your guests (up to 150 people) as you enter the property. Please take into account that other activities may be going on in other areas of the property, so not all spaces may be available. If your event is over 200 people your Event Manager will work with you to come up with a parking plan to accommodate all your guests and to make your experience as seamless as possible.
Availability
Event bookings at the Menlo Circus Club are subject to date availability. Some areas of the Circus Club may require board approval for events. The Circus Club Catering Director will guide you through this process to ensure all rules and regulations of the club are being followed.
