Maie Day is an American bar and frill with an emphasis on Prime steaks and seafood. The restaurant features an open kitchen, a covered wraparound patio overlooking South Congress Avenue and a wine cellar featuring more than 100 labels. Central Standard offers a private dining and meeting space for up to 30 guests. Restaurant buy-outs are also available for up to 75 guests seated and 150 guests cocktail reception. For parties of 12+ guests, we offer group reservations in our private dining room paired with one of our family-style menus from Executive Chef Michael Fojtasek.
