Austin School of Film

All programs, classes, and studios are open to the public and there is no “approval” process. We believe in creating spaces, places, and access points for all people from all backgrounds who are interested in learning or creating film and creative media. Motion Media Arts Center operates a 14,000 square foot creative venue dedicated to providing education, creative space, and much needed resources such as equipment, computers, and studios to the Austin creative sectors. We support people. We help facilitate the creation, presentation and promotion new work through our community exhibitions, events, screenings, and our Media Artist Residency Program.
