At its core, the Mediterranean Diet is a plant-based diet that calls for moderate amounts of fish, dairy, and poultry, as well as a light dose of red meat. A little red wine in moderation is also encouraged in the Mediterranean Diet. Start off with our shrimp mango ceviche and surprisingly vegan arancini. Bask in a More Rockin’ (Moroccan, get it?) Tagine, vegetable stew with Israeli couscous, served in a beautiful blue tagine with our grilled pita chips. Take in our Fish en Papillote, served in a paper purse that keeps the steam in and the juices flowing, or go for La Femme en Papillote for a vegan presentation of the same, featuring a locally sourced pink oyster mushroom. Ask about our Lamb Cevapi Gyro Bites, a twist on a classic Serbian meat dish presented in miniature Greek format.
