Inspired by the world’s finest winter resorts, the cabin-styled Ski Lodge pairs the quality and service of a ritzy, members-only cocktail club with the comfort and camaraderie of such low key spots as Hokkaido, Japan’s legendary Bar-Gyu. Once inside, guests are rewarded with the city’s most sophisticated (and delicious) cocktail and pizza program. The cocktail list, developed and overseen by James Beard Award-winner Leo Robitschek and Beverage Director Mauro Villalobos, is a spirited mix (pun intended) of elevated classics and seasonally-inspired originals, while the signature frico-crusted square pizzas come courtesy of Chef & International Pizza Czar, Anthony Falco.
