Located in Oakland, CA, Buck Wild Brewing has the structural bones of a building originally constructed in 1946 but has been fully renovated and refurbished, opening its doors in November 2020 for its modern purpose as a brewery and taproom. It still retains an old-world charm, from its location in the Jack London Historic Warehouse District to the taproom’s exposed ceiling beams that give it an industrial touch. Soft modern furnishings give the taproom a cozy, inviting feel that is perfect for your wedding reception or any other private celebration such as baby/wedding showers, happy hours, birthday parties, business/club meetings and so much more. Buck Wild Brewing can provide a number of services to help you celebrate in style. You can opt for a full buy-out of the building for your celebration, which includes access to the taproom, lounge, boardroom, and patio or for smaller gatherings, the lounge/boardroom or outside patio tables are perfect rental options. On-site catering is available from the brewery’s kitchen partner, Kitava. This culinary team can help you to design a menu that suits the tastes and vibe of your event. Event rentals like tables, chairs, flatware and glassware are also available for use. Celebrate your special event surrounded by contemporary cool at this unique and modern brewery.

We do offer award-winning craft beer brewed on-site and a couple of lovely wine options, so hopefully our delicious offerings meet your needs. But if you have a special wine or champagne you would like served during your event, then you are more than welcome to bring it in. Just please let our staff know in advance if you plan to do this. NOTE: There is a $15 per bottle corkage fee. We are not licensed to permit hard liquor on our property nor are our guests permitted to bring in their own beer.
Transportation
There is plenty of free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. If you are looking for a paid lot, there is one down the street. We do not have valet parking.
