Chef and Owner Kaitlynn Bauman is a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America and a Bay Area local. Kaitlynn has worked for some of San Francisco’s most premier restaurants, including Green’s, Presidio Social Club, and Michael Tusk’s Cotogna. Kaitlynn developed her love for Italian culture and cuisine while spending time traveling through Europe, working at some of the world’s best restaurants. A longboarding, golfing, fishing and biking enthusiast, she lives in the Marina and loves a hazy ipa.
