Create & Flow is a mixed-use studio space located in the heart of Lafayette, CA. Our 1200 square foot space is versatile, intimate, and perfect for workshops, showers, micro wedding receptions, performance shows, corporate events and meetings, dinner parties, pop-up shops, product launches, photography/videography space, creative atelier and more. We are an inclusive space and provide house furniture, table settings, event decor, and you are able to design and rearrange the space to fit what you need.

Availability
**Space rentals can begin as early as 9am and end as late as 11pm. Half day weekend rentals begin at 9am or 4:30pm. Full day weekend rentals can begin as early as 9am. Evening weekday rentals can begin as early as 4pm. Evening weekday rentals must end by 10pm. Weekday rental times are flexible and must be scheduled with TGS staff.
Cancellations
If the event is canceled, no portion of fees paid to The Gather Stories will be returned. If an event is canceled less than 60 days prior to the event date, 2nd payment will be required to compensate for hours of service already rendered and loss of event date. If the event is postponed, services contracted can be applied to a new date if available. Reschedule fee may apply.
Load In
3391 is a fourplex building with Suite A and B facing Mt. Diablo and Suite C and D’s entrance on the back end of the building. There is parking available in the back of the building for up to 2 cars for loading and unloading
Guest Access
There are two entrances to the space, one side ramp that is wheelchair accessible and one front entrance. Please note: Main entrance door is elevated, please watch your step.
