Avec West Loop has been a Chicago favorite for over 17 years. Originally conceived as a wine bar, avec is the second concept from celebrated one-off hospitality. While wine still remains at avec’s core, Chef de cuisine Dylan Patel's rustic menu features ingredients from valued local purveyors for weekend brunch and dinner service seven days week. The wine list, while extensive, remains moderately priced and draws primarily from boutique vineyards in southwestern Europe.
